Aerial Baked Corn Yaki-Tomorokoshi is a fantastic four-layer corn snack made using a unique process. The light and crispy texture is unique and will leave you wanting more. We use naturally brewed soy sauce made from round soybeans in a wooden vat, a traditional Japanese method. The sweetness of the corn is enhanced by the savory taste of the soy sauce, which is roasted over a hot open flame.
